Below is an overview of the fees and charges relating to our services, contact us to request further information and support.

 

Residential Care, Permanent

From 1 July 2014, permanent residential care fees will be made-up of the Basic Daily Fee, a Means Tested Care Fee and a price for Accommodation.

The Basic Daily Fee is set by the Australian Government and is based on a % of the Age Pension. You can download a current Schedule of Fees and Charges from this page.

A Means Tested Care Fee is an additional contribution to the cost of your care and is worked out by the Department of Human Services or Department of Veterans Affairs and is based on a person’s income and assets.

The price for Accommodation is set by us and is based on a combination of the room features, room size, services offered and our location. You can choose how you pay for your Accommodation by paying a refundable deposit or a daily payment or a combination of both.

Residential Care, Respite

The respite fee is the same as the Basic Daily Fee is set by the Australian Government and is based on a % of the Age Pension. You can download a current Schedule of Fees and Charges from this page; however should you require further information you can contact your closest care centre.

 

Home Care

Funded Care

The Australian Government provides Wynyard Care Centre with a daily subsidy to coordinate and supply care and services within your home.

In addition to this subsidy we charge a government approved additional fee for service; this fee will equates to no more than 17.5% of the basic rate of single pension for clients who receive a pension.

For clients receiving higher incomes we require an additional fee however this is limited to 50% of any income above the basic rate of single pension. NOTE: for this purpose income is calculated after tax and the Medicare levy.

Private Care

Private home care, in South East Sydney, has prices starting as little as $32 per hour; services are designed to suit your goals and budget.

 

Flexible Care (Day Care)

Our Flexible Care fees depend on your needs; as a guide our day care fees start from as low as $10 for a 4 hour block, which includes any meals and activities scheduled during the time of your visit.
